Astreya is evolving into what it was always meant to be: a creative studio devoted to stillness in a busy modern world.
Beginning this January, I am honored to step into an artist-in-residence role, where I will explore how art, sound, and the written word can invite presence and perception. This work now lives physically, as well as digitally, through a fine art gallery and working studio space here in San Diego.
As Astreya grows into this next chapter, the focus is shifting toward photography, writing, and breathwork: objects and practices that ask us to slow down and return to calm. I’ll be sharing more as the studio takes shape, including an invitation when our doors open to the public.
